A 15 minute massage is available post-ride for an extra $18.

• nutrition before, during and after ride
• Sunday morning yoga recovery session

**Dinner, Wine and Silent Auction is limited to first 200 registered, AND WILL CLOSE ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 8TH.  

On the menu for dinner: Entree--Rosemary Garlic Roasted Chicken with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Sweet Ginger Mashed Potatoes; Salad--Mixed Greens, Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries and Crumbled Feta Cheese with a Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing; Desert--Chocolate ganache, rum-soaked chocolate genoise, baked hazelnuts, and a chocolate leaf.  Starbucks coffee and Tazo teas, water and wine to drink.

If you prefer a vegetarian entree of fetuccini alfredo with vegetables, please email us by August 4th to reserve.

We have a uniform policy of NO REFUNDS. We understand that issues come up (injuries, last-minute obligations, etc.) but we feel it is unfair to draw an arbitrary line of who deserves a refund and who doesn't. Thanks for understanding.
